Hello! I'm Taylor, a Flagstaff mom of two. Before choosing to stay home with my little ones, I worked in early childhood education. My husband Jake and I started this soft play business in Flagstaff to bring more fun options for kids' parties and events. Our goal is to make life easier for other parents by assisting with planning, setting up, and taking down party activities.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Yes, setup is included in the base price, additional fees may apply for other setup surfaces. Delivery is based on location.
When do you set up?

Our 24-hour rentals are dropped off between 6-8 pm the night before your event and picked up between 6-8 pm the night of your event. If your event is later in the night and you need to have it later, we can accommodate you by doing a morning drop-off and pick-up instead.
We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

No. The inflatable will be clean when you get it. We clean and disinfect after every rental.
What payments do you take?

Right now we accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to book your spot. The deposit is 50% of your total cost. The deposit will go towards the total rental price.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation must be made 72 hours before set up to receive a refund of the deposit.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), Turf, dirt (dry rentals only), asphalt, and concrete. We can do rocks but for an extra charge. We put a mat down for the kiddos to make sure that no one gets hurt.
